Formation théorique

Les Reborners suivent une formation théorique au sein du centre de formation Reborn situé à Malakoff (92).

Tout y est mis à leur disposition pour qu’ils soient opérationnels au moment d’aller sur le chantier (vocabulaire, vidéo explicatives, démonstration en direct…).

Formation pratique

Encadrés par des professionnels expérimentés et une Société de maîtrise d’œuvre implantée depuis 2013 , les Reborners complètent leurs formations en travaillant sur de véritables chantiers. Le dispositif Reborn prône une formation qualifiante des réfugiés encadrées par une société de maitrise d’oeuvre professionnelle.

Pour assurer la qualité de nos chantiers, les Reborners travaillent en partenariat avec la plateforme Renov’easy, géré par Alpha Batiment, société de maîtrise d’oeuvre spécialisée dans la rénovation et la maintenance depuis 2013.

Cet accompagnement de qualité, auprés de professionnels expérimentés, permet à nos Reborners de prendre en charge un chantier de A à Z sur toute l’île de France et offre toutes les garanties d’un travail professionnel avec l’assurance décennale et à des prix très compétitifs .
